We also offer a housing report without the need for a site visit.
This report only covers a basic description of the property and calculates the internal accommodation based on room dimensions supplied by the homeowner. We will also require interior images/videos of all rooms, windows, boiler, bathroom & kitchen.
Once your report has been completed, you will be emailed a draft copy for checking and then once payment has been received, you will be sent a signed digital PDF copy via email.
